MEET MARIA
Maria Tafuri M.A, M.F.T is a licensed marriage and family therapist who has been practicing since 1996 and is licensed in Colorado and California. Although clinically trained, Maria brings a unique style to the therapeutic process wherein psychological work is done in a spiritual context. She places an overlay on the individual, couple, or family she is working with and considers not only their biology and genetics, environment and modeling and familiar patterns, but also how the collective unconscious as well as consciousness, intention, and energy factor into behaviors. Maria works with clients with the goal of helping them to move into their wholeness. Her personal style is warm and empathetic, yet directive and challenging.
